About Us

Cultivate Change is a community-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals, youth, families, and communities with the resources, education, support, and opportunities needed to build healthier, safer, and more stable futures.

We believe lasting change requires more than addressing a single challenge. Financial hardship, housing instability, food insecurity, mental health concerns, unemployment, limited access to education, and other barriers can intersect and make it difficult for individuals and families to achieve long-term stability. Cultivate Change works to bridge these gaps through prevention, education, early intervention, resource navigation, advocacy, and community-based support.

Our work focuses on key areas that contribute to individual and family well-being, including financial literacy and economic empowerment, housing stability and homeownership education, mental health and wellness, career and workforce development, youth empowerment and life-skills education, food and essential-needs access, prevention and early intervention, veteran and family resources, and community resource navigation.

Through workshops, educational programs, individualized support, community outreach, strategic partnerships, and connections to trusted resources, we help people strengthen their skills, navigate barriers, access essential services, and develop pathways toward greater independence and self-sufficiency.

At Cultivate Change, prevention is an important part of our approach. We strive to connect individuals and families with knowledge, resources, and support before challenges become crises. Whether someone is working toward financial stability, securing safe housing, accessing essential needs, improving their well-being, preparing for employment, strengthening life skills, or creating a better future for their family, our goal is to help them move from uncertainty toward opportunity.
